Mr. Davis has worked on more than 50 technology- and software-related transactions over the past six years. His notable software and technology transactions include buy-side due diligence for: Francisco Partners’ acquisitions of Macrobond, Veson Nautical, and Consignor Group; TA Associates’ acquisition of Unit4; Playtech plc; WatchGuard Technologies’ acquisition of Panda Security; and several bolt-on acquisitions across his clients’ portfolios. His sell-side software due diligence work includes Francisco Partners’ contemplated disposal of EG A/S, ClickSoftware Technologies, and the disposal of ISMS.online by Cow Corner.

Mr. Davis’ notable healthcare financial due diligence assignments include sell-side due diligence on Virgin Care (Smith Square Partners), Keys Group, and Accomplish Group (both for G Square Capital). His healthcare buy-side due diligence experience includes Biocare Medical and Genesis Research Group for GHO Capital Partners, and Schivo Medical for Five Arrows. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Davis spent four years with EY in London, providing assurance services within the wealth and asset management sector (specializing in private equity audits). His principal audit clients included TDR Capital, SVG Capital, and Man Group. 

Mr. Davis earned a first-class bachelor’s degree in economics and accountancy from City, University of London. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Mr. Davis is also a Trustee for Reaching Higher, a South London charity that empowers young people to become leaders of their own lives.
