With over 18 years of experience in data-intensive engagements, Mr. Evans has assisted clients with matters resulting from complex litigation and internal investigations that use transaction level electronic data to support damage calculations, fraud identification, and healthcare claims analysis.

Most recently at A&M, Mr. Evans has assisted clients on a wide range of healthcare matters dealing with billing practices, claims adjudication, reimbursement disputes, Medicare Advantage coding issues and breach of contract lawsuits.  

Previously, Mr. Evans managed the data preservation for the Lehman Brothers bankruptcy, where his team collected and migrated thousands of applications. The applications totaled over 100 terabytes; were housed on IBM Mainframe, Unix and Microsoft Windows platforms; and included DB2, UDB, Sybase, Oracle, Informix and Microsoft SQL Server databases.  

Mr. Evans earned a bachelor’s degree (management information systems concentration) from Miami University.
