A&M India has been recognized in the ‘Bronze’ category of the India Workplace Equality Index 2024
We are thrilled to share that A&M India has been recognized in the ‘Bronze’ category of the India Workplace Equality Index 2024, a prestigious benchmarking tool for measuring progress on LGBTIQ+ inclusion. This recognition marks a significant milestone in our journey towards building an inclusive workplace.
Inclusive Diversity is one of A&M’s six core values. Our commitment to LGBTIQ+ inclusion in India began over two years ago, driven by our belief in fostering a culture where everyone can thrive as their authentic selves. With the hiring of Qasim Fizza Latifi as our DEI Lead, we took another step forward. As an openly gay professional, Qasim brought invaluable perspective and courage, helping raise awareness and start meaningful conversations. Alongside our CHRO, Nimisha Rana Pathak, he has spearheaded several initiatives that are driving real change.
