Kyle Lemmon

Mr. Lemmon’s notable assignments include leading the carve-out transformation of a private equity-owned transit provider (school bus and municipal transit), encompassing deal strategy, transition services agreement development, separation management office stand-up, Day 1 planning, and post-close transformation. Mr. Lemmon successfully established a transformation management office to restructure the remaining organization, eliminate stranded costs, and position the business for $1 billion in growth over three years.
Mr. Lemmon played a pivotal role in the post-transaction transformation of a commercial coffee roaster, where he rationalized its national manufacturing and distribution footprint, ultimately consolidating operations into a state-of-the-art greenfield facility. This initiative drove significant operational efficiencies and achieved double-digit margin expansion.
Before joining A&M, Mr. Lemmon served as a Managing Director at EY-Parthenon, where he focused on delivering operational performance improvement and strategic initiatives for corporate and private equity clients. Prior to that, he worked at Boston Consulting Group.
Mr. Lemmon holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri.
