Ms. Lemanski’s responsibilities include designing and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures that align with business overall strategy. She oversees daily operations for EMEA Tax and assists the Head of EMEA Tax with strategic priorities.

Ms. Lemanski is a proactive and highly organized leader and forward thinker. Prior to joining A&M, she built and led an EMEA-wide Pursuit Centre of Excellence at Deloitte, delivering responses to competitive bids for existing and prospective clients. Additionally, she supported the EMEA Tax Executive on strategy. She has a track record of delivering complex tender projects to realize significant value and is experienced in global compliance, transformation, and outsourcing propositions.

Ms. Lemanski also worked with the Deloitte Global Tax Executive on tax policy, and her early career was spent advising on tax structuring for real estate funds and hospitality companies.

Ms. Lemanski is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor. She earned a bachelor’s degree (with honors) in history from the University of Durham.
