Helena has spent her entire career in professional services. She is a proactive and highly organized leader and forward-thinker. Her responsibilities include designing and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures that align with A&M’s overall business strategy. She oversees daily operations for EMEA Tax and assists the Head of EMEA Tax with strategic priorities.

Prior to joining A&M, Helena built and led an EMEA-wide Pursuit Centre of Excellence at Deloitte, delivering responses to competitive bids for existing and prospective clients. Additionally, she supported the EMEA Tax Executive on strategy.

Helena also worked with the Deloitte Global Tax Executive on tax policy. Her early career was spent advising on tax structuring for real estate funds and hospitality companies.

Helena earned a bachelor’s degree in history (honors) from the University of Durham. She is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).
