With over 15 years of experience in strategy consulting and financial services, Mr. Della Selva has developed deep expertise in helping buyers and sellers assess a business’s commercial prospects and key risks as well as in crafting growth strategies for financial services companies. His work spans various subsectors within financial services, with particular emphasis on tech-enabled businesses.

Mr. Della Selva has supported leading private equity firms in their investments in the financial services sector across the U.K. and Europe. Notable assignments include leading commercial due diligence on financial technology companies such as SimCorp A/S, Xceptor, Pirum, Acturis, and Smart Pension.

Before joining A&M, Mr. Della Selva spent nine years with EY-Parthenon in London, where he most recently served as Partner. Prior to that, he worked as a Strategy Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting.

Mr. Della Selva earned a master’s degree in finance from Bocconi University in Italy and an MBA from the University of Cambridge in the U.K. An Italian and U.K. national, he is fluent in English and Italian.
