Mr. Saroukhani brings more than 15 years of experience in the technology, software, cybersecurity and telecommunications sectors. He has partnered with Fortune 500 companies to shape growth strategy, competitive response strategy, operating models and product roadmaps. Mr. Saroukhani has also advised private equity clients on large-scale M&A transactions across the connected digital landscape – from advanced hardware to cybersecurity.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Saroukhani served with Amazon’s Cybersecurity Organization, where he led global strategy, operations and security initiatives. He helped develop Amazon’s application security strategy and roadmap, leading a comprehensive overhaul of the company’s security risk prioritization framework and engineering capacity planning model on a global scale. He also led a critical initiative to prioritize and secure Amazon’s most vital software solutions worldwide.

Previously, Mr. Saroukhani was a strategy consultant with Oliver Wyman, where he led engagements in commercial due diligence, technology commercialization and growth strategy. Prior to that, he worked with Keystone Strategy, leading strategic engagements with Fortune 500 tech companies, including operational transformation and value creation initiatives and leading the development of AI-based software products from concept to launch.  

Mr. Saroukhani earned a Ph.D. with a focus on data science from Cornell University. He began his career as a published data scientist, leading research at renowned institutions including Cornell University, Georgia Tech, TU Delft, and Chalmers University of Technology.
