Daryl Groseth
With more than 25 years of industry and consulting experience, Mr. Groseth has led global transformations spanning sales, inventory, and operations planning (SIOP), inventory and working capital optimization, demand and supply planning, strategic sourcing, warehousing and logistics, enterprise resource planning (ERP)-enabled process improvement, and lean manufacturing and planning. He has repeatedly delivered rapid, measurable impact in complex, multisite, and multinational environments.
At A&M, Mr. Groseth has supported private equity clients through interim leadership roles, SIOP and supply chain transformations, inventory remediation programs, logistics and network optimization, and operational turnarounds, including the rapid delivery of multimillion-dollar savings and liquidity improvements within the first 90 days of engagement.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Groseth held senior leadership roles, including Inventory Management Strategy Manager, with a global oil and gas supermajor. He led multiyear programs reducing the global inventory by more than $1.7 billion and partnered with advanced analytics teams to identify over $100 million in surplus opportunities. Earlier in his career, he was Director of Purchasing and Manufacturing Planning Manager for multinational industrial manufacturers, driving throughput improvements of up to 28%, inventory turns increases from 3 to 26, and significant sourcing and procurement savings.
Mr. Groseth earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Old Dominion University, Virginia, and an MBA from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary, Virginia. He is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), and a member of the Association for Supply Chain Management and the Institute for Supply Management.
