Paul de Janosi

Mr. de Janosi’s teams have executed 65+ diligences and 110+ value creation programs globally. His domain focus is on revenue growth and cost optimization, through commercial and operational excellence, organizational restructuring, supply chain and working capital optimization, and cost-improvement initiatives. He has industry experience in technology, industrial, consumer, and energy.
Mr. de Janosi notably worked with a large-cap PE firm to identify and capture operational synergies, integrate acquisitions from two corporate carve-outs, and develop the platform company. His efforts resulted in annual EBITDA benefits of $90 million and value creation of $1+ billion.
For a frozen food processing portfolio business, Mr. de Janosi completed three acquisition diligences, post-close synergy, and identified and captured $48+ million of annualized EBITDA benefits, resulting in over $700 million of value creation.
Previously, Mr. de Janosi also assisted a distressed specialty chemical producer with an annual revenue of $1.5 billion, where half of the revenue was from a banned additive. His team turned the business cash flow positive in less than eight months, and today it is a Nasdaq-traded firm with a total enterprise value of $2 billion.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. de Janosi was a Managing Director with KPMG and the Co-Leader of the PE Performance Improvement practice. Previously, he was a Managing Partner and Head of Global Private Equity for a leading consulting firm, and Global President of an M&A firm that was sold to Hitachi Consulting. He was also Head of Global Supply Chain at Campbell Soup Company. Mr. de Janosi began his career at IBM.
Mr. de Janosi earned bachelor’s degrees in engineering and physics from Lehigh University. He holds a certificate in APICS Production and Inventory Management and is a member of the Project Management Institute and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
