Ginger Kelley

Ms. Kelley brings more than 20 years of experience focusing on the financial services, technology and healthcare industries and working with a mix of Fortune 500 and key strategic growth accounts as well as start-ups. She has executed numerous transformational programs from post-merger integrations to multi-year digital platform transformations, resulting in speed-to-market improvements, enhanced customer experience and billions in cost savings.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Kelley was a Principal with EY in New York City, serving most recently as the Global Technology Leader and Lead Delivery Partner on several global accounts. Her notable engagements include advising on the separation efforts of a global digital imaging company in the divesture of $2.5 billion of its health imaging business; leading the acquisition of $1 billion global oil and gas business; and providing transition planning for an acquisition of a $500 million digital payments business. She also co-developed the EY Veterans Network.
Ms. Kelley earned a bachelor’s degree in science from Campbell University and an MBA from Webster University. She has completed post graduate programs at Wharton and Columbia Business School in venture capital and private equity. Ms. Kelley is a USO Board Member, a member of the Women’s Bond Club and the Chief Network and active in the community mentoring young women.
