John Jansen

Mr. Jansen has extensive manufacturing experience and has advised companies in the automotive, aerospace, defense, heavy truck, oil and gas, and food processing supply chains. He also has experience advising municipalities, oil field service providers, construction projects, and restaurant chains.
Mr. Jansen’s notable engagements include leading due diligence for Dean Foods during the company’s chapter 11 proceeding and 363 sale. He advised a publicly traded Tier-1 aerospace supplier during an out-of-court restructuring, helping the company secure accommodations from OEM’s and senior lenders. He also served as financial advisor to a global Tier-1 automotive supplier, assisting with treasury management, developing a global 13-week cash forecasting process, recapitalizing the company’s senior debt, and right-sizing European operations.
Mr. Jansen has served in multiple interim management roles including Director of Treasury and Corporate Controller for a $500 million Tier-2 automotive supplier.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Jansen spent five years with Conway MacKenzie in Detroit, serving most recently as Director. Previously, he served as controller and CFO for a middle-market Tier-2 supplier to the automotive, defense, and heavy truck industries.
Mr. Jansen earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
