Dina Hernandez is a Managing Director and Global Chief People Officer of Alvarez & Marsal’s Global Transaction Advisory Group and Corporate Transactions Group in New York.

Ms. Hernandez specializes in driving organizational change and scaling for growth by developing talent and evolving corporate culture. Her primary areas of concentration include talent management and acquisition, inclusion and diversity and centralizing HR functions.

With more than 20 years of human capital experience, Ms. Hernandez has integrated human resources with business strategy, while elevating internal HR teams to be a critical driver of success. She is recognized for managing domestic and international acquisitions’ talent management issues; establishing talent management functions; and leveraging HR to drive growth. Ms. Hernandez has worked across multiple industries, including engineering, industrial rail and home improvement.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Hernandez served in executive HR leadership roles, including as Qualus’ Chief People & Corporate Services Officer and as ELM Home & Building Solutions’ Chief Human Resources Officer.

Previously, Ms. Hernandez served as A&M’s Global Director of Human Resources, leading human resources management across the firm’s business units.

Ms. Hernandez earned a bachelor’s degree in professional studies from St. Joseph College.
