Mr. Dookhee brings 17 years of experience in Corporate Finance, with a focus on the Consumer and Retail industry. He specialises in company disposals and acquisitions, and has experience advising corporates, private equity firms and entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Dookhee spent 12 years with Deloitte, where he most recently served as Director in the Consumer & Retail M&A practice. During his tenure, he advised privately held and publicly listed companies on deals ranging from £10 million to £500 million. His extensive cross-border experience includes transactions in India, Germany, France, Italy, Australia, and Hong Kong.

In his new role, Mr. Dookhee will be focused on expanding A&M’s Corporate Finance practice in the Consumer & Retail sector. This encompasses retail, food and beverage, and consumer packaged goods, with a growing emphasis on sustainability. He will lead a dedicated team, with additional senior hires expected soon, to support privately-owned, founder-led, and management-owned businesses in the mid-market.

Mr. Dookhee's ambition is to collaborate closely with these businesses to facilitate their growth and success. This will include assisting with buying and selling companies, fundraising activities to secure necessary capital, and forming joint venture partnerships to leverage strategic opportunities.
