Bradford Humphrey

Mr. Humphrey brings over 17 years of value chain tax consulting and industry experience, working primarily with large, multinational companies, designing and implementing transformational value chain tax strategies to align operating model improvements with strategic tax, treasury and trade structures. His industry experience includes technology and software, automotive, industrial manufacturing, chemicals, consumer products and financial services.
Mr. Humphrey’s select projects include leading the design and implementation of a domestic digital center of excellence structure for a financial services company; implementation of a tax effective domestic procurement structure for a Fortune 10 energy company; evaluating intangible property ownership structure and operating model alignment options for a Tier 1 automotive supplier in connection with a $3.3 billion acquisition; leading the tax and transfer pricing workstreams for global plant rationalization and footprint restructurings for a multinational public chemicals company; and designing a tax effective restructuring of a Mexican operating model for a U.S. based multinational chemicals company.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Humphrey worked in the national value chain practices with KPMG, EY and Deloitte in New York. He also served as a Tax Director with Aptiv (formerly Delphi) in Michigan.
Mr. Humphrey earned a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is a member of the New York State Bar.
