With more than 17 years of experience in corporate finance, Mr. Dookhee’s primary areas of concentration are company disposals, acquisitions and private equity work. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, with a focus on consumer and retail.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Dookhee spent 12 years with Deloitte, where he most recently served as Director in the Consumer & Retail M&A practice. As a seasoned dealmaker, he has advised numerous privately held companies and publicly listed entities with deal sizes ranging from £10 million to £500 million. While based in London, he has had extensive cross border experience with transactions across India, Germany, France, Italy, Australia and Hong Kong SAR.

Mr. Dookhee earned a bachelor’s degree in law (honours) from the University of Sheffield. He is a Chartered Accountant; holds the Corporate Finance qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales; and is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. A British and Mauritian national, Mr. Dookhee is fluent in English and French.
