Michele Blumreich

With more than 25 years of global HR and payroll experience, Ms. Blumreich has aligned HR and payroll program designs with business objectives and strategies across multiple industries. She brings extensive experience in improving and accelerating the employee digital experience, reimagining the future of work, upskilling the workforce for resilience and leading global HR and payroll optimization initiatives that power the workforce and the workplace of the future.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Blumreich spent eight years as a global HR & Payroll Transformation leader with the Human Capital Advisory practice at KPMG, LLP, where she most recently served as a Director.
Previously, Ms. Blumreich spent 17 years at ADP, where she was focused on creating partnerships with client executives to align outsourced offerings to the client’s strategic vision, specializing in operational continuous improvement and overseeing new implementation and conversion activities.
Ms. Blumreich earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Purdue University and an MBA (concentration in human resources) from Roosevelt University. She also holds the following certifications: Certified Payroll Professional, Professional in Human Resources and SHRM Certified Professional. Furthermore, Ms. Blumreich is a board member for a nonprofit organization, Women’s Adventure Club, that focuses on women’s mental, social and physical health through exploring, connecting and thriving in nature.
