The Vaccine Development team at a major family foundation sought an effective solution to collect, normalize and visualize epidemiological data across a network of clinics in multiple geographies. The goal of the program was to gain an understanding of the diseases and pathogens responsible for the majority of deaths in children under five so that the world health community can better mobilize its resources.
A&M supported the development of the network's systems and tools by providing product management services as an IT work stream lead. Our team established a sustaining process for feature definition, prioritization, and release management planning with the platform workgroup and technology vendor.
