Ms. Jones’ expertise includes clinical operations, medical management, clinical reporting, regulatory compliance, health plan accreditation, value-based care and clinical performance improvement. She brings extensive experience in utilization management, appeals and grievances, case management, disease management, population health and business strategies to impact affordability, health equity and social determinants of health.  

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Jones was the Vice President of Advisory Services at Optum Advisory, where she served as the practice lead for the Medical Management and Managed Service practices. In her role, she partnered with clients to design solutions to address their unique challenges, while aligning to long term health plan goals. 

Previously, Ms. Jones focused on leading medical management in large payers at the local, regional and national level.  

Ms. Jones earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MBA from Regent University.
