As the primary real estate advisor to the Office of the Secretary of Defense (Office of Housing & Competitive Sourcing), A&M is assisting in the oversight and management of the Department of Defense's (DoD) military housing privatization program. A&M is also assisting the U.S. Air Force in the execution of housing privatization transactions.
To date, the DoD has transferred asset ownership to the private sector, primarily via a sale – leaseback arrangement. A&M has assisted the military to unlock more than $11 billion in private capital which has been used to renovate and build more than 100,000 quality homes for U.S. military families.
