Howard O

Mr. O brings over a decade of strategy and management consulting experience collaborating with clients across public, private and nonprofit sectors in the U.S., China, India and Sub-Saharan Africa while leading diverse cross-functional teams. He has worked with clients in healthcare, life sciences, consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, food and beverage, telecom, education and public service.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. O was part of Accenture’s growth strategy and innovation consulting practice where he led business development and program delivery across the healthcare and life sciences client portfolio. He partnered with clients to define and activate their innovation strategy for sustained growth, transforming legacy business and operating models to be more customer-centric and data-driven.
An advocate for health equity and access, Mr. O also co-founded a digital health startup that targeted lifestyle and disease management for type 2 diabetics. He has worked in business design with IDEO and in product and growth operations with microfinance nonprofit Kiva.org.
Mr. O earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and linguistics (Phi Beta Kappa) from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at University of California Berkeley.
