Elena White

Ms. White specializes in provider optimization transformation initiatives for payers, with expertise in provider network strategy, profitable growth, value creation/total cost of care, provider network modernization, provider experience and advanced alternative payment models.
Throughout her career, Ms. White has been acknowledged for designing and driving large scale provider network focused growth, performance improvement and operational transformation initiatives for health plans and payer organizations. She brings extensive expertise in state Medicaid and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid provider regulatory requirements and has led initiatives for national and regional plans to remedy correction action plans and meet provider regulatory compliance standards.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. White led a clinical and provider network transformation consulting practice at Optum, Inc., a division of UnitedHealth Group. In this role, she designed solutions to enable health plans to achieve their growth, profitability and performance goals. Her notable engagements include the design of affordability and site of service programs for a heath plan, which resulted in the plan achieving $40 million in medical cost savings, as well as the design and execution of multiple provider network expansion strategic initiatives for regional, national and behavioral health payers, which resulted in the plan achieving their growth and expansion business goals for Medicare, Medicaid, commercial and exchange line of business.
Previously, Ms. White served as an executive of Provider Engagement & Contracting at Elevance Health (formerly Anthem Inc.), where she was responsible for enterprise-wide Medicare Advantage network strategies, cost of care remediation programs, creation and implemented innovative payment models, national network expansion initiatives and acquisition integration to improve the financial and quality performance for their Medicare Advantage line of business. Earlier, she served as Regional Vice President, leading commercial provider relations and education and network management for government funded and public sector products of Blue Cross in California.
Ms. White earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of California at Riverside and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.
