Magda Di Vincenzo is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Disputes and Investigations in Melbourne. She brings more than 20 years of experience in forensic accounting in dispute matters.

Ms. Di Vincenzo specialises in large scale, complex commercial disputes, expert determinations, post acquisition disputes and patent disputes. She has worked with clients across a range of industries, including pharmaceutical, construction, insurance and telecommunications.

Ms. Di Vincenzo’s representative experience includes quantifying losses and preparing numerous reports in a long-running pharmaceutical IP dispute between a drug originator and four generic drug companies; assisting in a consulting capacity with quantifying a claim relating to an aircraft maintenance contract; and performing a complex quantification of loss and damage sustained by a global resource company as a result of an accident which interrupted production at one of its plants.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Di Vincenzo spent 16 years with the Forensic team at KordaMentha. Before that, she spent several years in forensic teams in Big Four firms.

Ms. Di Vincenzo earned a bachelor’s degree in science (honors) from Monash University. She is an Associate of the Actuaries Institute in Australia.
