Glenn Gilmour

With more than 10 years of experience in restructuring, turnaround consulting and financial advisory services, Mr. Gilmour assists distressed companies in stabilizing financial and operational performance. He addresses problems head-on and drives rapid change to preserve and create value. Mr. Gilmour has worked with clients in various industries, including media and entertainment, technology, consumer products, industrial services, manufacturing, automotive and energy.
Mr. Gilmour focuses on financial and strategic planning, liquidity management and the implementation of financial strategies for corporate turnarounds and restructuring. He brings extensive experience assisting clients with business planning, strategic reviews, analyzing product and location profitability, optimizing footprints, managing working capital, rationalizing costs, assessing cash flow and liquidity, contingency planning and leading transformations and financial reorganizations.
Currently, Mr. Gilmour serves as a financial advisor to WeWork during its Chapter 11 proceedings. His prior notable clients include Learfield, Progrexion, Libbey Glass, Ciber Inc, Westmoreland Coal and Team Inc. He has also advised numerous confidential clients through successful turnarounds.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Gilmour spent four years at PwC Canada, most recently as part of the Corporate Advisory and Restructuring team in Toronto. During this time, he was involved in the cross-border restructuring of Pacific Exploration & Production (2017 TMA Turnaround of the Year — International Company), the most significant CCAA restructuring plan to be recognized in Colombia to date.
Mr. Gilmour earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce (honours) from the University of Windsor’s Odette School of Business. He is a Chartered Accountant in the province of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
