Jeremy Levine

With more than 10 years of consulting and industry experience, Mr. Levine is a dedicated change agent and has operated in a range of contexts, including private equity value creation, M&A and corporate turnarounds. His passion lies in streamlining operations and working shoulder-to-shoulder with clients to develop tools and processes that deliver tangible results.
Recently, Mr. Levine structured and oversaw the end-to-end transformation of a large discount channel retailer and delivered the first positive growth in customer traffic in over three years. The workstreams spanned merchandising, supply chain, inventory management and store operations. He also led a holistic turnaround of the inventory management function at a grocery and convenience retailer, improving on-shelf availability by 8%, while reducing inventory over 15% by redesigning the organizational structure and building and implementing a suite of new tools and process.
Mr. Levine also headed a field operations improvement program for a building material retailer that standardized store and warehouse processes, leading to a 14% improvement in throughput and a 10% reduction in logistics costs. He reset the vendor base for $200+ million in COGS as part of the integration program following a $15 billion merger of CPGs, and led the global executive team from vision through negotiations and implementation, delivering over 18% savings, while unlocking new product innovation capabilities.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Levine was a VP of Operational Excellence at REEF, where he built a continuous improvement function and launched a nationwide partnership with a global quick-service restaurant brand. He also served as interim COO at a high-growth residential energy efficiency services provider. Before that, Mr. Levine was a senior engagement manager in Kearney’s Private Equity & M&A Practice, where he worked across the transaction life-cycle, from diligence through post-deal value capture, with a focus on operational improvement for CPGs and retailers.
Mr. Levine earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and philosophy from Colgate University and an MBA from The University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
