Roos Jongeneel is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Tax in Amsterdam. She brings more than 13 years of experience in international and transaction tax. 

Ms. Jongeneel is an experienced tax lawyer in M&A and tax structuring. She focuses on assisting multinationals and private equity in both buy- and sell-side transactions, including early-stage tax assistance, tax (vendor) due diligence, SPA drafting and negotiations, tax structuring and post-closing integration. 

Ms. Jongeneel has worked with clients in various industries, including renewable energy and utilities, infrastructure, waste and manufacturing. 

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Jongeneel worked with EY, serving most recently as a Senior Manager with the International Tax and Transaction Tax team.

Ms. Jongeneel earned a master’s degree in international tax from the University of Amsterdam. She is a member of the Dutch Association for Tax Lawyers (NOB).
