Mr. Hua specialises in applying advanced analytics techniques to streamline and automate data ingestion and ETL processes to deliver faster, deeper insights that support well-informed investment decisions. He has extensive experience on projects with complex data structures and large volumes. 

Mr. Hua has worked with clients in the financial services, retail and consumer, technology, media and telecommunications industries.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Hua spent eight years with Deloitte in Sydney as a founding member of their M&A analytics team. He focused on bringing data analytics and visualisation capability to the deal lifecycle and was the technical lead for Australia for the iDeal M&A Analytic platform and a key contributor to the iDeal global platform development. 

Mr. Hua earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and information systems from the University of New South Wales. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
