Gregg Nicoll

With more than 30 years of consulting and industry experience, Mr. Nicoll has held leadership positions across multiple industries, including financial services, consumer and industrial products, media, entertainment, and communications.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Nicoll served as a CFO Advisory Partner with Genpact in New York. He led Finance Strategy, Strategic Benchmarking, Target Operating Model and Global Business Services solutions. He oversaw transformation and operational improvement client programs, including voice of the customer, enterprise planning and reporting, stress forecasting and capital adequacy, and regulatory reporting.
Previously, Mr. Nicoll held leadership positions at EY, PricewaterhouseCoopers, AIG, and Willis Tower Watson. At EY and PwC, he led client engagements on finance transformation, financial planning and reporting, stress forecasting and capital adequacy, regulatory reporting, and cost transparency and efficiency. At AIG, he spearheaded global strategic and long-range financial planning, developed an integrated financial forecasting model, and defined a business reporting model and management reporting framework that drove and monitored business performance. At Willis Tower Watson, Mr. Nicoll was responsible for North American strategic planning, business growth, financial performance, and performance improvement initiatives.
Mr. Nicoll earned a bachelor’s degree in business and psychology from Skidmore College and a master’s degree in accounting from Pace University.
