Vikas Kumar

Mr. Kumar brings significant experience partnering with cross-functional senior executives and leading transformational initiatives across all levels of an organization. He has worked with the office of the CFO to drive the growth, profitability and sustainability agenda; led numerous global finance transformation programs, including shared services, outsourcing, ERP design/implementation, finance and administration strategy, technology enablement and road mapping, resulting in 40% to 50% cost savings and enhanced customer experience; and partnered with CFOs to create agile and scalable operating models that can quickly adapt to changing market conditions.
Additionally, Mr. Kumar possess broad knowledge of core finance technologies (SAP and Oracle), bolt-on technologies (High Radius and Blackline) and digital enablers (RPA, AI and ML). His representative clients include AbbVie, Pfizer, Kaiser Permanente, Mars, E W Scripps, NCR, Walgreens, Party City, Salesforce, Stanley Black & Decker, Hershey, Smithfield Foods, Spectrum Brands, State Street and Warner Music Group.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kumar served with Infosys, where he was the North America Practice Lead – F&A Practice, SG&A Cost Optimization and Global Business Services. He has experience reimagining global business services, strategic cost optimization and finance for the digital age with a thorough understanding of operational excellence through next generation operating models, enabling technologies and talent management.
With progressive roles in top-tier consulting firms, including Accenture, Infosys, KPMG and Deloitte, Mr. Kumar brings cross industry experience spanning pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, consumer products, industrial products, global manufacturing, financial services and media/broadcasting. He also has a passion for guiding and mentoring culturally diverse teams.
Mr. Kumar earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and an MBA in finance from Miami University.
