Frank Orlowski

Mr. Orlowski’s global life science expertise lies in operations and finance within R&D, manufacturing, distribution and sales across all life science modalities, devices, medtech, as well as leading projects with foundations, government funding agencies and sovereign funds. This enables him to work across the global life science ecosystem, with a focus on growth and stakeholder value.
With more than 25 years of experience as a former Pfizer executive and advisor, Mr. Orlowski has led finance, operations and strategy across 35 individual global markets in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. He is an expert at developing business, operational and financial product localization strategies and has had direct financial control of $2+ billion with a team of 100+ in-country operational colleagues. Mr. Orlowski consistently demonstrated expertise in multicultural partnerships with influential in-country organizations and governments in complex negotiations to localize manufacturing production and commercialization of products to help exceed Pfizer's global growth targets.
Through Pfizer’s large acquisitions of Warner-Lambert, Pharmacia and Wyeth, Mr. Orlowski was an integration leader, designing, developing and implementing combined organizational and financial processes and systems across all functions. As a due diligence expert in life science and manufacturing, he also led 45+ market-specific acquisition/JV initiatives, partnering with in-country financial institutions and governments. As a renowned FCPA expert, he has been called upon to help the DOJ and SEC on investigation and developed a comprehensive Pfizer-wide compliance and controls training program, which was successfully implemented globally, impacting over 65,000 colleagues, and leveraged by Fortune 50 organizations.
Mr. Orlowski earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Providence College and an MBA in international finance from NYU Stern School of Business. He serves on the Board of The American Cancer Society.
