Andrea Veneri

Mr. Veneri brings more than 15 years of consulting experience across a range of sectors, including information technology and tech-related businesses, industrial products, education and agribusiness. He often serves as an intermediary, responsible for management syndication between investors, boards and management teams and helping companies unlock shareholder opportunities creating a tangible competitive advantage.
Mr. Veneri designs and implements native scalable blueprints to drive client mindset from a pure multiple arbitrage strategy to an industrial value creation logic. He also works on IPO readiness, industrial restructuring and transformation.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Veneri was a Partner with EY Parthenon, where he was responsible for private equity pre-deal, deal and post-deal activities. Previously, he worked with Roland Berger in corporate strategy and their corporate performance competence center.
Mr. Veneri earned a bachelor’s degree in IT engineering and a master’s degree in business and finance at the Managerial Engineering Department of the Polytechnic of Milan.
