Ryan Donovan is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Global Transaction Advisory Group in Boston. He brings more than 15 years of business experience, including nine years of experience providing financial due diligence services to private equity and corporate clients.

Mr. Donovan has led or participated in due diligence projects with a focus on serving clients in the healthcare services and life sciences industries, including pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical distribution, pharmaceutical services, biotechnology, pharmacy and specialty pharmacy, and medical device manufacturers. He has directed numerous integrated transaction services engagements in both buy- and sell-side situations and brings significant experience supporting clients on complex cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Donovan was a Senior Manager with the Transaction Advisory Services practice of Deloitte in Boston, leading financial due diligence projects primarily for large and middle-market private equity clients. There, he also provided audit services to various public and private companies in the healthcare and life sciences industries in the Greater Boston area and New England.

Mr. Donovan earned a bachelor’s degree in corporate finance and accounting from Bentley University, Massachusetts. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Massachusetts and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of CPAs.
