Mr. Hänle specialises in providing buy- and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity funds and corporate clients. He also brings experience in business valuation, business modelling and auditing. 

At A&M, Mr. Hänle’s notable transactions have included a financial factbook for Paragon Partners/Gimv when they successfully sold WEMAS; buy-side financial due diligence on ADLER Smart Solutions for EMERAM Capital Partners; buy-side financial due diligence on MEONA Group for Trill Impact; buy-side financial due diligence on Mehler Vario System for DPE Deutsche Private Equity; and sell-side financial due diligence for the shareholders of Braincourt GmbH when they successfully sold its shares to Capgemini.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Hänle spent three years with Transaction Advisory Services at Deloitte in Munich, where he was engaged in financial due diligence projects across a range of industries, including energy, construction and engineering, healthcare, pharmaceutical, trading companies and distributors.

Mr. Hänle earned a master's degree in business administration (concentrations in finance and controlling) from Munich University of Applied Sciences. He qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). A German national, he is fluent in German and English.
