Jennifer Fults is a Managing Director and Global Chief People Officer with Alvarez & Marsal in New York. She brings 15 years of experience in the professional services industry, focused on human capital, operations and strategy and M&A consulting, serving both internal and external clients.

Ms. Fults has deep experience building and implementing talent strategies, including employee engagement, inclusive diversity, culture, change management, and communications programs.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Fults worked with KPMG for more than 14 years, serving most recently as Director, People Strategy. She was Co-Lead of Employee Experience, ESG – Social and Impact Investing capabilities. 

Ms. Fults earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bentley University and an MBA from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University. She sits on the board of her local youth sports program and frequently volunteers as a coach.
