Reuven Lehmann

Most recently at A&M, Mr. Lehmann worked with the largest global tool maker to assess 17 plants, identify the value creation potential within the 4-walls and extrapolate the value creation potential to the global network. A&M then implemented operational improvement across 10 plants in North America and Europe. Mr. Lehmann provided overarching program management. Previously, he worked on the product ramp-up of a global tier-1 automotive supplier in their Czech plant, leading the quality workstream.
Prior to that, Mr. Lehmann worked for a PE owned manufacturer of packaging machines, leading the diagnostic of service performance and the operations performance improvement in Switzerland. He also worked on two projects to improve the European manufacturing footprint of a connector and a tier-1 automotive supplier; A&M supported both projects as they moved from design into implementation.
Mr. Lehmann was also part of a fundamental transformation for an aerospace client. He managed SG&A cost reduction for selected functions, driving them to implementation, and assessed the true cost on non-quality and defined a path for their sustainable reduction. Finally, as part of a global risk assessment, he was responsible for the assembly & test value stream, highlighting risks across the entire supply chain and defining counter measures.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Lehmann spent five years with Siemens, three as a Consultant for Siemens Management Consulting where he worked on cost saving programs, strategy development and repositioning corporate functions. Before that, he spent two years with Siemens Wind Power, responsible for procurement controlling in the Americas and working as a strategic buyer for medium voltage equipment, where he coordinated the cross-functional commodity team in an effort to overcome supply issues.
Mr. Lehmann earned a diploma degree in business administration from the University of Cologne and a CEMS master's degree in international management in cooperation with HEC Paris. A German national, he is fluent in German and English and has limited proficiency in French.
