With more than 20 years of experience in IT consulting and transformation, 15 of which have been in the context of due diligence, divestitures, acquisitions and restructuring engagements, Mr. Trochet brings a track record of planning and delivering IT changes at the critical stages of a transaction. 

Mr. Trochet has conducted R&D and IT due diligence assignments across a range of industries, including software, technology infrastructure and services, business-to-business consumer products and industrial manufacturing. He also brings extensive experience advising on complex technology carve-outs, such as the regulatory carve-out of GfK’s CP business, or the sale of SABMiller European assets to Asahi.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Trochet was an Associate Director at EY Parthenon in London, where he focused on pre- and post-deal engagements. Before that, he was a technology advisor at Accenture, where he worked on IT transformation and M&A programmes.

Mr. Trochet earned a master's degree in engineering, telecommunications and signal and image processing from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Bretagne. He is a dual British/French national.
