With more than 20 years of talent acquisition expertise, Ms. de Zagon’s experience encompasses both executive and experienced recruiting across multiple sectors, business units and global markets. She is considered a trusted advisor, providing strategic influence on recruitment strategy development and execution, as well as the creation of best practices to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand.

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. de Zagon spent over 18 years with PwC, both in client service and talent acquisition, primarily in the New York office. Most recently, she served as PwC’s Director – Catalyst Recruitment, leading their national Partner and MD recruitment for the Cyber, Risk and Regulatory platform as well as their Finance Transformation and Customer Transformation practices. During her four years in client service, she focused on valuation and corporate restructuring consulting for the healthcare industry.

Ms. de Zagon earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Rochester and an MBA from Temple University. She serves as a volunteer with American Corporate Partners, where she mentors veterans who are transitioning to the civilian workforce. She is also an active supporter and volunteer with Care for Wild Rhino Sanctuary in South Africa and other local animal rescues in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
