Mr. Clark specializes in advising real estate lenders, investors, and occupiers on their property portfolios. His coverage is across a wide range of U.K. and Pan-European real estate assets, including commercial, residential, and asset-backed operating businesses, such as care homes and data centers.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Clark was an Advisor for a family office, working on its real estate and renewable infrastructure portfolio. He was also a Fund Manager at Tesco Pension Fund, investing and managing both direct and indirect investments on a diverse fund with a value of circa £1.5 billion, and he worked at Cushman & Wakefield in its Capital Markets team.

Mr. Clark earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate investment and finance from the University of Reading, U.K., and he is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
