Bruno Mollo is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Global Transaction Advisory Group in São Paulo.

With more than 14 years of experience in transaction services, Mr. Mollo has participated in 100+ projects, including buy- and sell-side due diligences, vendor assistance, and sales and purchase agreement advisory services, including cross-border deals in developed and emerging markets. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including technology, information, communications, and entertainment; retail; fertilizers; automotive; and sports in multiple countries, mainly across Latin America but also in the US, Portugal, and Spain.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bruno spent eight years in the Transaction Services department of PwC, where he served as Manager in Madrid and São Paulo. During this period, he was responsible for several transactions for private equity and corporate clients, focused on cross-border engagements throughout Europe and Latin America.

Mr. Bruno earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and a bachelor’s degree in business from Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado (FECAP). A Brazilian national, he is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
