Mr. King specializes in providing buy- and sell-side financial due diligence services for financial and strategic buyers and sellers, with a primary concentration in the software and technology industry.

Additionally, Mr. King has led or participated in 150+ transactions. He has provided financial and operational transactional support, advising on normalized recurring EBITDA and cash flows, revenue and retention analytics, post-transaction synergies, financial forecasts and purchase price adjustment mechanisms. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. King was a Senior Associate in the KPMG LLP Los Angeles office in the financial due diligence practice. Before that, he was an Audit Associate, where he provided assurance services for financial services clients, including private equity, hedge funds and broker dealers. His work included significant valuation experience of middle market private operating companies and mezzanine debt securities.

Mr. King earned a bachelor’s degree in economics (minor in Chinese language) from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPAs.
