Nick Mountfield

With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Mountfield has worked across strategic consulting and senior corporate roles. His primary areas of concentration are buy- and sell-side commercial due diligence, growth strategy, and value creation planning.
Mr. Mountfield has worked with clients across a range of industries, including automotive, infrastructure services, consumer financial services, and travel.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mountfield spent more than four years with OC&C Strategy Consultants, where he advised on 20+ private equity transactions and led engagements to help management and investors solve their most pressing strategic issues.
Previously, Mr. Mountfield spent over 15 years in corporate roles, including running the B2C division of Avis/Budget Rent-a-Car in the U.K. and senior commercial roles at Domestic & General and Ovo Energy. He began his career as a Strategy Consultant with the COBA Group and Credo in London, Atlanta, and Toronto.
Mr. Mountfield earned a master’s degree in philosophy, politics, and economics from Magdalen College, University of Oxford. He also studied strategic partnerships at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
