With more than 12 years of AI experience, Mr. McGraw has worked with clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, transportation, medical devices and financial services.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. McGraw spent four years with West Monroe Partners in Chicago, where he most recently served as Senior Manager. There, he helped start and build the Consumer and Industrials Product Practice to $100+ and start and co-lead the Generative AI Center of Excellence.

Additionally, Mr. McGraw co-founded Predikto (acquired by Raytheon Technologies), an AI platform built to solve predictive maintenance use cases.

Mr. McGraw earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and an MBA from the University of South Florida. He is collaborating with the National Association of Manufacturing to offer insights on AI policy to the office of Majority Leader Chuck Schumer. He is also a subject-matter expert on AI and advanced manufacturing technology for the FDA funded Medical Device Innovation Consortium.
