Matthew De Felice

With more than 11 years of transfer pricing experience, Mr. De Felice has advised clients on global transfer pricing planning and restructuring, intellectual property valuations for tax purposes, cost sharing agreements and global transfer pricing compliance documentation.
Additionally, Mr. De Felice brings extensive experience in transfer pricing controversy matters, working with both corporate clients and the Internal Revenue Service. He has assisted clients with defining audit defense strategies, developing financial analyses, preparing protest documents and pursuing competent authority relief to achieve the most practical and favorable outcomes.
Mr. De Felice has also worked with multinational public and private firms, operating across a range of industries, including industrials, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas, consumer products and telecommunications.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. De Felice spent 11 years with a boutique transfer pricing consulting firm in the greater New York area, most recently serving as a Partner.
Mr. De Felice earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Lehigh University.
