Farrell Hudzik

With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services sector, Ms. Hudzik specializes in fostering growth, enhancing customer experience, product design, organizational structuring, operating model design, strategy formulation, marketing and loyalty program development. She has worked with clients across a range of industries, including financial services, fintech, retail and travel.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Hudzik was on the executive team at Cardlytics, a pioneer of the multi-sided marketplace model, leveraging bank purchase data to foster loyalty through cash back for bank customers, while delivering targeting advertising solutions for advertisers. She led the product and services team, supporting all financial institutions in addition to the marketplace growth strategy team, which included acquiring and integrating three acquisitions.
Previously, Ms. Hudzik served as Senior Vice President at Synchrony, where she was instrumental in shaping the new customer first operating model transformation. Before that, she served as a Managing Director at Accenture Interactive, where she led the Global Loyalty and Rewards and NA Financial Service practices. Ms. Hudzik also held positions at Epsilon, where she led the Financial Services division and was pivotal in developing their Strategic Partnership organization, Bank of America (where she was integral in building a multi-bank consortium check image platform). She began her career at Accenture.
Ms. Hudzik earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Colby College. She is a board member at the Mecklenburg Aquatic Club, a top U.S. age group swimming club.
