With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Schiavello has led buy- and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, as well as transactions in equity capital markets. He has worked across a range of industries, including technology, cybersecurity, retail and gaming. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Schiavello was a Partner with KPMG, where he was instrumental in establishing its mid-market Transaction Services practice in Australia.

Previously, he spent six years with Tabcorp, where he led or was involved in numerous transactions, including its $11 billion merger with Tatts Group. His firsthand experience working within a leading Australian corporation underpins his outcome focused and client centric approach to transaction advisory. 

Mr. Schiavello earned a bachelor’s degree in business (major in accounting) from the Swinburne University of Technology. He is a Chartered Accountant in Australia and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand.
