Erik LaValle is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement in Atlanta. He brings more than two decades of consulting and industry experience across the breadth of supply chain, with extensive experience in the retail industry and optimizing supply chain operations via supporting technology. 

Mr. LaValle has a wealth of experience in planning and forecasting, procurement, product development and new product introduction (NPI), sourcing, manufacturing, transportation, distribution and logistics for both forward and reverse supply chains.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. LaValle led Product and Technology at T-Mobile for six years, helping to transform the inventory management function through serialized operations and advance reverse operations with digital solutions supporting operational access to data. He also led the integration work for retail operations in T-Mobile’s merger with Sprint. 

Previously, Mr. LaValle held leadership positions in technology at L Brands and Carters/Osh Kosh, overseeing global supply chain technology solutions and partnering with business leaders in the organizations to advance supply chain operations. As a consultant, he led the implementation of a multinational carbonated drink manufacturer’s PLM system for their global beverage organization and the delivery of Oracle’s ERP for the largest wholesale grocer in the Northeast. He spent 14 years with the supply chain technology practice of Kurt Salmon Associates, now a part of Accenture. 

Mr. LaValle earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Mississippi State University and a master’s degree in health systems from The Georgia Institute of Technology.
