Jason Atchley is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Disputes and Investigations in Austin. He specializes in business development and building high-performing business development teams in the legal tech space.

Mr. Atchley’s primary areas of concentration include assisting clients with a range of litigation, regulatory and compliance related matters, including forensic investigations and collections, fraud investigations, eDiscovery, analytics, managed review, testifying expert witnesses and cyber risk resilience and response services. He has worked with AmLaw 200 law firms and Fortune 500 clients across a range of industries, including tech, energy, pharmaceuticals, engineering and financial services. 

With more than 15 years of business development experience, Mr. Atchley brings solutions to clients and their counsel, both at law firms and corporate legal departments. He uses his considerable experience to advise clients in identifying, selecting and implementing the correct legal, compliance and analytics solutions. Mr. Atchley is frequently asked to speak at industry conferences and events; has authored numerous articles on legal technology; and has been featured as a key participant in the Texas Lawyer's In-House Counsel Summit Series. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Atchley spent four years with Conduent’s Legal, Compliance, and Analytics group, where he most recently served as Senior Global Director. He was a member of the Sales Advisory Council and chair of the Salesforce task force and the Sales Process task force. Before that, Mr. Atchley was a top performer and sales director for Consilio and Kroll.  

Mr. Atchley earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. He serves on the board of numerous charities and nonprofits in Austin, Texas, including Church Under the Bridge, the Lake Travis Football Booster club and the Hill Country Alliance.
