Most recently at A&M, Ms. Sexton has been responsible for leading the complex asset recovery and investigation workstreams in the liquidation of an international construction group with a turnover of $1+ billion.
Previously, Ms. Sexton was involved in the administration of a holding company for an international mining group with debts of $2.4+ billion involved in significant litigation and arbitration.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Sexton worked for a boutique insolvency firm in the British Virgin Islands, where she was involved in a number of high-profile Caribbean and international insolvencies involving asset tracing and significant multi-jurisdictional litigation. An Irish national, Ms. Sexton trained in the restructuring team of a Big Four firm in Dublin.
Ms. Sexton earned a bachelor’s degree in business and law from University College Dublin. She is a Chartered Accountant and a corporate Insolvency Practitioner licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW).
