With more than 15 years of industry and supply chain leadership experience, Mr. Rohrbaugh has worked with clients in various industries, including bedding and furniture, chemicals, industrial manufacturing, pet care, and private label manufacturing for e-commerce/retail. He finds practical solutions for complex business problems and builds high performing teams that execute effectively and deliver results.
Mr. Rohrbaugh’s recent engagements include providing transitional leadership support for supply chain and identifying and implementing purchasing and inventory performance improvement opportunities for a global manufacturer of laminate and prepreg materials for PCBs. He handled the SIOP Process and SC Organization Assessment for a leading manufacturer of animal nutritional products which resulted in an additional engagement leading the implementation of performance improvement recommendations across demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
Previously, Mr. Rohrbaugh assessed and implemented performance improvement opportunities in procurement, logistics and distribution, and SIOP for a distressed company in the dairy industry; handled logistics network assessment, 3PL/TMS bid and evaluation, and logistics process improvement implementation for a large highly specialized freight network; managed inventory modeling and warehouse design to support a post-acquisition facility consolidation; and developed and implemented an EOQ model to improve production scheduling for a high SKU/low volume multi-line production facility.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Rohrbaugh served as Vice President of Supply Chain for Elite Comfort Solutions, a leading manufacturer of flexible foam in the furniture and bedding industry. He built and staffed a scalable and effective supply chain function, encompassing raw material purchasing, logistics management, and SIOP process implementation. Previously, Mr. Rohrbaugh was Director of SIOP, sourcing, and logistics at an industrial chemical manufacturer in Cincinnati.
Mr. Rohrbaugh earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Miami University.
