Jeffrey Mischka

With more than 30 years of consulting experience, Mr. Mischka collaborates with senior client leaders to co-create solutions and deliver practical advice to achieve significant cost savings, operational efficiencies, customer satisfaction and employee engagement. He takes pride in meeting his clients where they are and exploiting opportunities to capitalize on existing talents and technologies to develop new capabilities and remove barriers preventing successful outcomes.
Mr. Mischka has provided consulting and systems integration services to most major media organizations, including Warner Bros., Sony Corporation, The Walt Disney Company, Paramount Global/Viacom/CBS, Fox Corporation, Experian and Thomson-Reuters and played the role of Lead Client Service Partner for many of these organizations. The scope of his efforts has included digital transformation, finance transformation, data analytics, enterprise agility, customer engagement and operating model optimization. His clients include C-level executives and other business leaders representing filmed entertainment, television, sports, music, advertising and business information services.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Mischka spent over 35 years developing his client-service skills as a consulting professional with leading firms. Most recently, he spent time at both IBM and KPMG, helping clients implement new ways of working and automation to increase transparency and improve product delivery capabilities.
Previously, Mr. Mischka spent 18 years as Principal with Deloitte, where he helped establish and grow the firm's Media and Entertainment practice in New York and Los Angeles and actively participated in MESA, HITS and the AFI. He started his career at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), where he developed his technical and program management skills.
Mr. Mischka earned a bachelor’s degree in managerial studies and economics from Rice University in Houston. He has served as a member and Board Chair for education-related non-profit organizations, including City Year and College Summit.
