Roberto Stucchi is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Financial Industry Advisory Services in London. He specializes in corporate strategy, commercial due diligence and environmental, social and corporate governance, with a focus on retail and commercial banks and specialty finance institutions.

With more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Stucchi has worked across 150+ engagements with more than 50 clients in ~15 countries. He brings expertise presenting/working with chief executives, executive committees and board of directors across sectors and in different/new cultural environments.

Mr. Stucchi’s notable assignments include advising leading U.K. and European financial institutions on their strategy reviews and transformation agenda and value creation plans. Most recently, he supported both private equity houses and banks in identifying ESG risks and opportunities and re-designing their propositions.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Stucchi served as Director with EY-Parthenon, where he worked for seven years in the London office. Before that, he was a Principal at Bain & Company, where he worked for 11 years in the U.K. and Italy. Previously, he spent six years with PwC Consulting in Italy.

Mr. Stucchi earned a master’s degree in management engineering from Politecnico di Milano. An Italian-British national, he is fluent in Italian and English.
